Golden Summer Ale
This easy pounder was brewed with some of the finest Australian and New Zealand hop varietals we could find. What’s cool is that we did something we’ve never done before with the malts – acidulated malt – which helps control the pH of the mash. The addition of malted oats and acidulated malt to the malt bill leaves it nice and crisp without being too watered down or bitter. Perfect for the hot hot heat of summer and even better for chill nights with chill people.
This Golden Summer Ale is well balanced with a fruity aroma and a clean delicate finish sure to leave all imbibers longing for a longer summer.
